I/We ________________________________, agree to have Walt and/or Una Earl hunt, trap or snare predators on my properties, as deemed necessary, by them, to eliminate my predator problem.

I/We agree to pay $_______ per day or $_______ for overnight stays by Walt or Una Earl, while doing predator control.

Also, I/we agree to pay $_______ per fox, coyote, or beaver -- adults or pups, taken on my deeded property, or the neighbors, should it be necessary.

Walt or Una Earl will show proof of animals taken, by presenting a scalp or hide and a description of where the carcass is located.

Walt or Una will also provide all tools necessary for them to catch the predator, including gas, vehicles, traps, snares and various other tools, pliers, etc.

If necessary to camp overnight, they will also provide their ouwn tent or camper.

This agreement shall cease upon the predator problem resolved.

Or by verbal or writtn notification from either party.

An itinerary accompanied with a bill will be delivered the first of each month for payment due to Walt or Una.
